Penny’s Shandy
INGREDIENTS
- 6 oz Sprite (Lemon Lime Soda)
- chilled 6 oz *Beer (Wheat Ale or Lager)
- chilled 1 oz Penelope Bourbon
- 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Fill a tall glass with Sprite and Beer. Add Penelope bourbon. Stir well. Top with lemon juice. Garnish with a lemon wheel or wedge.
