Penelope Tulip cocktail

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 oz of Penelope
  • .75 oz Cointreau
  • .75 lemon juice
  • Dash of absinthe
  • 3 muddled cucumbers

PREPARATION

Shake hard and double strain into a coupe or Nick and Nora. Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel with edible flowers over top.
