Honey Rosemary Bourbon Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Toasted Penelope Bourbon
- 0.5 oz rosemary honey syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange peel, for garnish
- Fresh rosemary sprig, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill a rocks glass with ice and set aside.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the bourbon, rosemary honey syrup, and bitters.
- Stir gently until well chilled.
- Strain into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Express the orange peel over the drink, then add it to the glass.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
