Penespresso Martini
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Penelope Kentucky Straight Whiskey
- 1 oz brown sugar simple syrup
- 2 oz freshly brewed espresso
- 1 tbsp heavy cream
- Ice
- Brown sugar for rimming
DIRECTIONS
Add bourbon, brown sugar simple syrup, espresso, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until chilled and frothy. Strain into a martini glass rimmed with brown sugar.
