Spring Orchard Julep
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Penelope Wheated
- 0.5 oz pear nectar
- 0.25 oz simple syrup
- 8–10 mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly muddle mint with syrup, add remaining ingredients, and pour over crushed ice.
Garnish with a mint bouquet and powdered sugar.
