Ingredients:
-2 oz Penelope Rio
-1 fresh lime, cut into wedges
-2 tsp sugar
-Crushed ice

Directions:
- In a double rocks glass, muddle the lime wedges and sugar
-Fill the glass with ice, add Rio Penelope Bourbon, and stir
-Garnish with a lime wheel
