The Flying Penny Paper Plane

• .75 ounces of Penelope Bourbon

• .75 ounces of Aperol

• .75 ounces of Amaro

• .75 ounces of lemon juice

• .5 ounces of simple syrup

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients.  Shake with ice and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass.  Garnish with a lemon peel.  This is a house favorite!  This recipe was provided by our friend, Carlos Ruiz @cocktailsbyc
