Pear Pressure

INGREDIENTS

  • 1.5 oz Penelope bourbon
  • 3/4oz. carrot juice
  • 3/4 oz. pear juice
  • 1/2 oz. lemon
  • 1/4 oz. maple syrup

In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with dill.
