- 2 ounces of Penelope Bourbon
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- .5 oz Malabar
- .75 oz fresh Lemon Juice
- .25 oz Adjusted Passion Fruit Liqueur*
- .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- .25 oz Grenadine
Add all ingredients, including orange twist, into a tin. Shake. Doublestrain. Serve over crushed or pebble ice.

- 16 oz Passoa
- 4 oz Fee Brothers Pimento Dram
- 2 oz white sugar
- 2 oz passion fruit puree
