Winter Luau

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces of Penelope Bourbon
  • 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • .5 oz Malabar
  • .75 oz fresh Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz Adjusted Passion Fruit Liqueur*
  • .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • .25 oz Grenadine

Add all ingredients, including orange twist, into a tin. Shake. Doublestrain. Serve over crushed or pebble ice.

Adjusted Passion Fruit Liqueur Recipe:

  • 16 oz Passoa
  • 4 oz Fee Brothers Pimento Dram
  • 2 oz white sugar
  • 2 oz passion fruit puree
