
Mint Julep
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Penelope
- .75 oz of Peach Liqueur (preferred peach liqueur is Giffard)
- Ginger Beer
- Mint Leaves
PREPARATION
Muddle mint. Add Penelope and peach liqueur. Top with Ginger beer. Serve over crushed ice. Garnish with mint leaf and dehydrated lemon wheel.
