Big Pippin

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Basil leaves
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ½-1 oz *Agave nectar
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2 oz Penelope Bourbon
  • Club soda for topping

Muddle Basil leaves and blackberries with the agave nectar. Fill glass halfway with ice. Then add lemon juice and Penelope bourbon. Stir well. Add more ice to the glass. Then top with club soda. Garnish with basil leaves and fresh blackberries.

*Adjust the amount of agave nectar to the tartness/sweetness of the berries.
