- 2 oz Penelope Bourbon
- 1/2 oz triple sec (or other orange liqueur)
- 1/3 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- Grapefruit peel garnish
Combine Penelope bourbon, triple sec and grapefruit juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake about 30 seconds or until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
