INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Penelope Bourbon
- 1.5 oz Mango Puree
- 1.5 oz Lemon Perfect Dragon Fruit Mango
- ½ Lemon Juice
- ½ simply syrup
- 2.5 teaspoons fresh dragon fruit
- Garnish with 1 perfectly round scoop of dragon fruit
