Raspberry & Chocolate Bourbon Martini

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ounces half and half
  • 2 ounces  Penelope Bourbon Rosé
  • 2 ounces raspberry syrup
  • 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
  • Sugar and/or Sprinkles for Garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Place the glasses in the freezer to chill for at least 5 minutes.
  • Rub the rim of each glass with white chocolate liqueur, then dip it into sugar and/or sprinkle mixture.
  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine half-and-half, white chocolate liqueur, Penelope Bourbon, and raspberry syrup.
  • Shake until well-chilled, then pour the mixture into the prepared glasses. Serve immediately.
