Raspberry & Chocolate Bourbon Martini
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ounces half and half

2 ounces Penelope Bourbon Rosé
- 2 ounces raspberry syrup
- 1 ounce white chocolate liqueur
- Sugar and/or Sprinkles for Garnish
INSTRUCTIONS

Place the glasses in the freezer to chill for at least 5 minutes.

Rub the rim of each glass with white chocolate liqueur, then dip it into sugar and/or sprinkle mixture.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine half-and-half, white chocolate liqueur, Penelope Bourbon, and raspberry syrup.

Shake until well-chilled, then pour the mixture into the prepared glasses. Serve immediately.
