Penelope’s Caipirinha
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Rio Penelope Bourbon
- 1 fresh lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tsp sugar
- Crushed ice
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a double rocks glass, muddle the lime wedges and sugar.
- Fill the glass with ice, add Rio Penelope Bourbon, and stir.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
