New York Sour
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of Penelope Bourbon
- 1 ounce of lemon juice
- 1 ounce of Simple Syrup
- .5 ounces of Malbec
Combine Penelope, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Pour over ice and top off with Malbec. Garnish with blackberries
