Bloody Penny
INGREDIENTS
- 5 ounces of Bloody Mary mix
- 1.5- 2 ounces of Penelope Bourbon
- Texas Pete or Tabasco hot sauce to taste
Combine Bloody Mary mix and Penelope Bourbon in a glass. Add ice. Stir well. Serve with various garnishes and extra hot sauce if desired
To make a pitcher of Bloody Mary mix: 32 oz. Spicy V8 Juice, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup olive brine, 1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce, Juice of one lemon, 1 tsp celery seed, 2 tsp prepared horseradish, fresh ground black pepper to taste, Texas Pete or Tabasco hot sauce to taste. Combine Bloody Mary mixer ingredients in a large pitcher. Stir well. Chill for several hours
