Pennie’s Apple Cider
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz Penelope Bourbon
- 4 1/2 cups of apple cider
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Rind of half a lemon
- 3 whole cloves
PJ’s Apple Cider can be served warm or cold. To serve warm, please use the following instructions:
Place the apple cider, cinnamon stick, lemon rind, and cloves in a small pot and bring to a boil. Lower to a simmer for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into a pitcher. In the glass, add 2 oz bourbon and 1 cup of the cider mix. Garnish with a stick of cinnamon.
