Port Authority
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz. Penelope bourbon
 - 3/4 oz. port
 - 3/4 oz. lemon juice
 - 3/4 oz. simple syrup
 - 2 dashes tiki bitters
 
In a cocktail shaker add all ingredients. Shake with ice and strain into rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon
