Penelope Cruz Spritz
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ounces of Penelope Bourbon
- .5 ounce of Sage Simple Syrupli>
- 3 ounces of Prosecco
- .75 ounces of lemon
PREPARATION
Combine Penelope, lemon juice, and sage simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until well chilled. Pour over ice and top off with prosecco. Garnish with lemon.
