
Rosé Highball Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 2oz Penelope Rosé
- 6oz ginger beer (or swap for club soda if you prefer it less sweet)
- Strawberry + mint for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour 2 ounces whiskey into the glass.
- Add 4 to 6 ounces ginger beer (or swap for club soda if you prefer it less sweet). Add more, if needed, to top off glass.
- Garnish with strawberries and mint
- Serve and enjoy.
